SALARY

Annual Salary: ¥3,000,000 – ¥7,500,000
*Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, etc.
*The above salary does not include overtime pay.
*The above annual salary is the estimated amount at the time of joining the company.

Salary Increase: Once a Year (April)
Bonuses: Twice a Year (July and December)

WORKING HOURS

Varies by location / Approximate hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours work, 1 hour break)
Average monthly overtime: 10-20 hours

HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS

Two-day weekend (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
120 days of annual leave
10-20 days of annual paid vacation
