Job Description
You will be responsible for consulting for large and established companies. Specifically, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including business process improvement, IT strategy formulation, IT solution implementation support, and project management office (PMO) support.

WORK LOCATION

SALARY

Annual Salary: ¥7.1 million – ¥9.8 million (Monthly Salary)
Senior Consultant
Annual Salary: ¥7.1 million – ¥9.8 million (Monthly Salary)
Monthly Salary: ¥470,000 – ¥670,000 x 12 months
(Breakdown: Base Salary + Attendance Allowance + SC Certification Allowance)

Bonus: Twice a year (July and January)
⇒ Paid equivalent to four months’ base salary

WORKING HOURS

9:00-17:00 (60-minute break)

122 days per year

Paid leave granted from the first month after joining (first year granted based on time of joining) *Can be taken in hourly increments
Two full weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)

APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS

■ Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

• 3+ years of consulting experience at a consulting company
• 3+ years of PMO or equivalent experience in a core business (SAP/ERP, etc.) implementation project at an SIer
• 3+ years of experience in IT service management or ITIL implementation projects

■ Preferred Requirements
System implementation experience: Experience with system implementation and construction projects for SAP, Oracle, etc.
English proficiency: Expands career possibilities, including participation in global projects
