JOB DETAILS
Responding to inquiries from customers (municipalities) regarding security clouds and virtual desktop environments, changing device settings, etc.
- Receiving inquiries
- Initial response (investigating the content of the inquiry)
- Escalating to a specialist team as necessary
WORK LOCATION
Nagano
SALARY
Annual income: Estimated at 4 to 4.5 million yen
Monthly salary: 220,000 to 250,000 yen
WORKING HOURS
9:00 ～ 18:00
HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS
Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays*; may require working on Saturdays in weeks with public holidays), New Year’s holidays, paid leave (with recommended summer vacation days), special leave for weddings and funerals, special leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, leave upon joining the company (up to 3 days), disaster leave (up to 5 days, 5 times per year)
*122 days off per year

APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS
JLPT N2 or above
