You will be responsible for operations, maintenance, and monitoring of networks and servers.

• Help desk
• System monitoring and maintenance
• Network and server monitoring, maintenance and operation
• Network and server design and configuration

【Project examples】

• Technical support for overseas products using Japanese and English
• Introduction and construction of security products that realize information leakage prevention and operational efficiency
• Infrastructure/PKG management for school academic systems
• Proposal and construction of public SaaS
• Requirements definition to operation and maintenance for migration project of academic systems to AWS/SaaS environment
• Installation of base stations related to nationwide deployment of next-generation communication standard “5G”
• Network design and construction for major communication carriers
• 1.5-level support for servers and networks of educational communication groups
  etc…

WORK LOCATION

All over Japan

SALARY

Expected annual income: 3.5 million to 8.5 million
Bonus: twice a year
Raise: once a year

WORKING HOURS

9:00-18:00
※Some projects require night shifts

APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS

JLPT N2 or above
Over 1 year of experience as an IT support or infrastructure engineer
Business level English ability
