Electronic Circuit Design

JOB DETAILS

You will be responsible for each stage of in-vehicle electronic circuit design according to your experience and skills.

Main job responsibilities
・Specification design for new points and change points
・Detailed circuit design for each functional block
・Circuit simulation
・Artwork design adjustment
・Fault analysis and quality assurance such as FTA/FMEA
・Prototype/mass production drawing creation
・Preparation of materials for design reviews and QA meetings held at each phase, and holding of meetings
・Inquiries to parts manufacturers and specification adjustments with internal and external parties

WORK LOCATION

Nationwide

SALARY

Monthly salary: 250,000 yen to 600,000 yen + bonus
Annual income: 4.5 million yen to 10 million yen

WORKING HOURS

9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Flexible working hours available: Core hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS

Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays; required to work on Saturdays twice a year), New Year’s holidays, paid leave (recommended to take during summer), special leave for weddings and funerals, special leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, leave upon joining the company (up to 3 days), disaster leave (up to 5 days, 5 times per year)
*122 days off per year

APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS

JLPT N2 or above

■Required experience and skills
→Member class:
・At least one year of experience in electronic circuit design or similar development
・Experience in designing/evaluating analog circuits (such as power supply circuits)
・Experience in coordinating work with internal and external stakeholders

→Leader class:
・At least five years of experience in electronic circuit design or similar development
・At least one year of leadership experience
