JOB DETAILS

・Project management (man-hour management, quality control, personnel management)
・Proposals to solve customers’ business issues (interviews, plan formulation, man-hour 　estimation, proposal preparation, etc.)
・Project planning, requirement definition, and other upstream process definition work
Based on proposals, formulate project plans, system requirements Based on the proposal, formulate the project plan, system requirements, and processes, etc.
Communication with internal members, partner companies and offshore members
・Operation and development of own services

SALARY

Annual income：5,000,～8,000円
Monthly Payment: 321,000～660,000yen

WORKING HOURS

9:00～17:50

APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS

JLPT N2 or above
At least 5 years of project management experience in web application development
*We especially welcome candidates with experience in PHP and other LAMP environments.
Experience in managing projects of a certain scale using Python and Ruby is also welcome.
Experience in preparing proposal materials and specifications for client companies
Experience in preparing quotations, proposing and negotiating fees, etc. for client companies
