Infrastructure Engineer

JOB DETAILS

・Improvement of operational tasks and SLA through continuous standardization.
・Server construction, migration design, and progress management associated with infrastructure replacement.
・Support for service release, including joint verification with the network team and application development team.
・Project promotion tasks for replacement plans spanning several years.
・Implementation of non-routine tasks and team member follow-up, etc.

SALARY

Estimated monthly income: 310,000 to 500,000 yen
Estimated annual income: 4,960,000 to 8,000,000 yen

APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS

JLPT N1 or above
Those with at least three years of experience in any of the following areas, and at least three years of leadership experience in a group of three or more people

〇Experience in infrastructure construction and operation
・Experience in continuous business improvement (standardization, labor saving, visualization) with an awareness of QCD and non-functional requirements
・Experience in infrastructure monitoring design and implementation

〇Experience in infrastructure, OS, and MW version upgrades and migrations
・Migration design and migration method consideration
・Coordination with stakeholders and scheduling of work
・Verification and PoC after upgrades

〇Experience in operating/managing on-premises equipment
・Experience in asset management and configuration management

〇Experience in improving business processes
・Simplification of business processes through transfer or consolidation
・Automation and labor saving
・Standardization of unorganized business processes
