Web System Development Project Manager

JOB DETAILS
Listening to client companies’ issues and needs, proposal preparation, and negotiation
Management of subordinates such as target management and attendance management Management of members (depending on the layer, you may be entrusted with this as part of organizational management)
Project planning, requirement definition, and formulation of system requirements based on proposals
Project management (management of progress, man-hours, and issues, and reporting to clients)
System quality control such as code reviews

WORK LOCATION

Osaka

SALARY

Annual Income: 5～8 million yen
Monthly Payment 321,000～660,000 yen

WORKING HOURS

9:00～17:50

HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS

2 days off per week (Sat. and Sun.), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, paid vacations, special, congratulation or condolence

10 days in the first year to a maximum of 20 days

APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS

JLPT N2 or above
Project management experience in web system development
(Experience as a leader or manager in team development, such as PL and PM. Team size is not required)
At least 5 years of experience in Web system development
