In your self-introduction, include the following:
1st: Name
Say your name, “My name is Taro Tanaka.” Speak slowly and clearly without speaking quickly.

Third: Achievements in your current position

In your self-introduction, say the following:
Once the interview begins, thank the interviewer for their time.
State your name and country of origin.
Tell them what kind of work you have done in your home country and for how many years.
One final thing.
Before you start your self-introduction, be sure to thank the interviewer for their time. This will leave a much better impression on them.
Also, avoid talking about things that are not related to work, such as what you studied at university in your home country, your hobbies, or Japanese culture.
Try to keep your self-introduction neither too short nor too long, around one minute.
