Construction management for architecture, civil engineering, air conditioning and sanitation, electrical equipment, and plants

Construction management involves total management of construction projects from planning to on-site construction. You will primarily be responsible for safety management, process management, quality control, cost management, and environmental management. A daily routine will include morning safety assemblies, safety meetings, pre-work inspections, instruction and supervision during work, safety process meetings, and site patrols. CAD may be used, but we also have an in-house training program.

SALARY

Monthly salary range: 220,000 yen to 350,000 yen

WORKING HOURS

9:00 – 5:00

At least one year of work experience in the construction industry
JLPT N3 or above
