Software Engineer

Design, development, testing, and deployment of RESTful APIs and batch processing systems using Java/Spring Boot.
Design, implementation, and performance tuning of event-driven architectures using Apache Cassandra and Kafka.
Analyze, refactor, and plan and execute the splitting and migration of existing legacy codebases to microservices.

• Design, development, testing, and deployment of single-page applications (SPAs) using Angular.
• Develop a backend-for-frontend (BFF) layer using C# .NET and design integration with backend APIs.

• Rapidly troubleshoot, identify causes, recover, and implement permanent solutions when system failures occur in a production environment.
• Continuously monitor system health and improve alerts using monitoring tools (e.g., Elasticsearch, Prometheus).
• Promote CI/CD pipeline improvements and automation.

• Hear requirements from non-technical departments (product managers, business stakeholders), evaluate technical feasibility, and participate in specification development.
• Explain technical constraints and challenges in a way that is easy to understand for non-technical stakeholders, and build consensus.

Evaluate and recommend technologies that support long-term sustainability and operational efficiency.
Design and implement a robust system architecture that aligns with sustainability goals and business requirements.
Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices across the development team.
