JOB DETAILS
As a Full-Stack Java Engineer, you will join our team and be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining our application.
The most challenging aspect of this project is the dynamic and complex business workflow that requires continuous improvement as the business is constantly updated and integrated with other internal systems.
- Analyze user requirements and provide system solutions that meet them.
- Define application requirements.
- Build end-to-end systems and APIs – design, document, develop, test, deploy, and maintain them.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate and coordinate with various development teams.
- Consider the future of the product and constantly improve it.

Monthly salary: ¥301,000+

APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS
[Requirements]
・Extensive experience in Java development (3+ years)
・Deep understanding and practical experience with Spring Framework
・Knowledge of modern frontend development such as TypeScript/JavaScript and React
・Professional-level database design and SQL skills
・Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs with scalability, security, and maintainability in mind
・Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
・Excellent technical design skills and problem-solving ability
・Strong communication skills and an open-minded attitude to energize the team
・Languages: Fluent in Japanese / Business-level English (TOEIC 800 or higher)
[Preferred Requirements]
・Practical experience in Agile development (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
・Experience in test automation and building/operating CI/CD environments
・Development experience using messaging queue systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
・Experience building and operating systems on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
・Development and operational experience in Unix/Linux environments, including shell scripting
・Self-driven with ownership mentality
