JOB DETAILS

We are planning to launch a new e-commerce service and are seeking a backend engineer for the service.

Job Description
Ensure system stability, performance monitoring, performance optimization, system architect design and maintenance, refactoring, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Provide a complete system from design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Communicate with the team, collaborating departments, and stakeholders.

Monthly salary: ¥301,000+
Salary increase : twice
Bonus : twice

WORKING HOURS

9:00~17:30

[Requirements]

  • TOEIC score of 800 or higher or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of development leadership or team lead experience
  • Proven experience as a backend engineer or similar role
  • Familiar with Java and 3+ years of experience with the Spring Boot framework
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservice architecture, and web protocols
  • Experience designing Web APIs and database schemes
  • Ability to write clear, structured design and operational documentation
  • Experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Strong communication skills to effectively explain technical challenges and solutions to technical and non-technical team members
  • Skills in providing constructive and effective code reviews to team members
  • Experience writing high-quality, testable code and automated tests (e.g., unit tests, integration tests)
  • [Optional] Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

  • Deep knowledge and experience with Java 21
  • Experience with non-SQL databases (e.g., Couchbase, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.)
  • Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)
  • Experience developing in an agile/Scrum environment.
