JOB DETAILS

We are planning to launch a new e-commerce service and are seeking a backend engineer for the service.

Job Description
Ensure system stability, performance monitoring, performance optimization, system architect design and maintenance, refactoring, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Provide a complete system from design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Communicate with the team, collaborating departments, and stakeholders.

Monthly salary: ¥301,000+
Salary increase : twice
Bonus : twice

9:00～17:30

[Requirements]

TOEIC score of 800 or higher or equivalent.
3+ years of development leadership or team lead experience
Proven experience as a backend engineer or similar role
Familiar with Java and 3+ years of experience with the Spring Boot framework
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservice architecture, and web protocols
Experience designing Web APIs and database schemes
Ability to write clear, structured design and operational documentation
Experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
Strong communication skills to effectively explain technical challenges and solutions to technical and non-technical team members
Skills in providing constructive and effective code reviews to team members
Experience writing high-quality, testable code and automated tests (e.g., unit tests, integration tests)
[Optional] Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Deep knowledge and experience with Java 21
Experience with non-SQL databases (e.g., Couchbase, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.)
Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)
Experience developing in an agile/Scrum environment.
