Responsibilities
Continually collaborate, identify more effective processes, implement more effective solutions, and refine processes.
Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to design and implement the latest Android technologies and enhance our products.
Partner with API developers and UI engineers to develop and maintain robust, scalable systems for our large user base.
Contribute to research, proposals, and the ongoing evolution of the technology powering our Android applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Android technologies and enhance our products.

Monthly salary: ¥301,000+
Salary increase : twice

APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS
[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
- Ability to develop Android apps using Java or Kotlin, with at least three years of experience
- Understanding of the latest Android platform features and development best practices
- Understanding of data binding and live data
- Understanding of Android architecture components (ViewModels, Activities, Fragments, Navigation, Compose, Flow, Hilt, or Dagger)
- Understanding of functional and reactive programming
- Use of hands-on tools such as Studio, IntelliJ, Jenkins, and Gradle
- Familiarity with third-party libraries (KTX, Retrofit, Glide, Coroutine, Google Knowledge of the JS Platform (Map)
・Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy
・Strong motivation for team product development
・Continually striving to improve and the ability to propose ideas to the organization and team
・UX and design sensibilities
・Experience with agile development
・Experience creating and implementing unit tests
