Design, CAE, Evaluation Engineer

JOB DETAILS

Taking into consideration your experience and preferences, you will be responsible for design review, CAE analysis (FEM/CFD), and performance/reliability evaluation in the development of various vehicle components, including automobile and motorcycle bodies, ship hulls, various interior parts, drive parts, and electrical components.
■Project examples
・Development of water vehicles and boat hulls
→Design review of hull shape, related parts, and layout
　Design specification review, module peripheral part layout, coordination with other departments/suppliers, modeling/drawing, CAE analysis, DRBFM, etc.

Shizuoka

SALARY

Estimated annual income: 4.1 million yen to 11 million yen

WORKING HOURS

9:00 ～ 18:00

■Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays; Saturday work required twice a year)

APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS

JLPT N2 or above
Design:
・Modeling skills using 3D CAD such as NX and CATIA V5
・Knowledge of mechanical elements and mechanics
・Experience in negotiation and coordination
Analysis:
・Experience using CAE tools such as Abaqus, Nastran, Converge, Star-CCM+, and Hypermesh
・Experience in investigating causes of issues, considering improvements, and reporting
Evaluation:
・Experience in mechanical testing and evaluation of dimensions, accuracy, performance, etc.
