Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment Software Development

At our software development center, which undertakes contract work, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects, with a focus on semiconductor manufacturing equipment software development, which is one of our core businesses.
Specifically, you will define project goals and scope, plan progress strategies, schedules, and resource allocation, lead the development team, clarify the roles and responsibilities of team members, assign tasks, manage progress, and, when necessary, provide support as a playing manager.

WORK LOCATION

All over the country

SALARY

Annual income: 4.5 million yen to 8.3 million yen
Monthly salary: 250,000 yen to 460,000 yen

WORKING HOURS

9:00～18:00

HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS

Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays; Saturday work required twice a year), New Year’s holidays, paid leave (summer leave recommended), special leave for weddings and funerals, special leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, leave upon joining the company (up to 3 days), disaster leave (up to 5 days, 5 times per year)
*122 days off per year

APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS

JLPT N2 or above
C language required
Experience in team-based program development

Leader class
・Experience in software development using C language (preferably 5+ years)
・Experience in software development from the basic design stage (preferably 5+ years)
・Experience in program development as part of a team
・Experience leading a project

Member class
・Experience in software development using C language (preferably 3+ years)
・Experience in software development from the basic design stage (preferably 3+ years)
