JOB DETAILS

■Front-office duties
・Front-office duties for both new and existing clients
・Listening to client issues and setting goals
・Designing and managing overall web marketing strategies and proposing solutions based on the issues at hand
・Budget (cost) negotiations, project income and expenditure planning and management
・Coordination with other departments
・Responding to competitions/creating proposal materials

■Post-order activities
・Overall PM duties
・Assignment coordination (defining scope and establishing internal and external systems)
・Project planning, income and expenditure management, client communication
・Planning, requirements definition, various designs, production and development direction

SALARY

Annual income: 4,000,000 yen – 15,000,000 yen

WORKING HOURS

Flexible working hours system

[Start and end of work] 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
[Flexible hours] 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS

JLPT N1 or above
Understanding of the general workflow of website construction and practical experience (planning, requirements definition, various types of design, and at least three years of practical experience in production and development direction)
Practical experience in customer negotiations and proposal document creation
Experience in implementing CMS/platforms (Adobe/SF/others)
Experience as a project leader
