Electrical Engineer / Hardware Development Engineer

JOB DETAILS

As an electrical engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing specifications, circuits, and patterns, as well as design verification.
In addition, as the hardware manager for the product, you will lead product development while focusing on your own technical field, coordinating with partner companies and related departments. You may also be required to visit the site after implementation to investigate any malfunctions.

SALARY

Annual income: 6,000,000 yen – 12,000,000 yen

WORKING HOURS

Super flexible working hours: Working hours are left up to the employee’s discretion. (No core working hours)
This system does not allow employees to choose their working days, so they are required to work on their designated working days in principle.

APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS

JLPT N2 or above
・Practical experience in circuit and board design and verification
(Experience handling boards with four or more layers is a guideline)
・Experience in project management and mass production development of hardware products
・Ability to consider matters from the perspective of overall optimization, taking into account the entire system
(It is also necessary to consider coordination with products, applications, and servers)
