• Planning and schedule management for development projects
• Setting project goals, allocating resources, and creating timelines
• Collaborating and coordinating with development and quality control teams
• Facilitating communication between teams and monitoring progress
• Prioritizing multiple projects
• Prioritizing projects and optimizing resources
• Rapid response and resolution management for post-release issues
• Listing issues and centrally managing their status
• Progress management and follow-up on issue resolution

SALARY

Annual salary: 6,000,000 yen – 12,000,000 yen

WORKING HOURS

Super flextime system: Employees decide their own working hours (no core time).
Since this system does not allow employees to choose their working days, employees generally work on scheduled working days.

APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS

JLPT N2 or above
5+ years of experience as a web/IT system project manager
Project management experience across all phases of the project development lifecycle
