JOB DETAILS

Visualize business processes and organize issues from the perspective of employees
・Design business and service structures that are “easy to understand and use” by employees
・Plan business reform and DX measures, and take charge of implementation and effect verification
・Support implementation and improvement of systems such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow based on system and business requirements Support system implementation and improvement based on system and business requirements
・Coordinate and agree with various stakeholders to promote operation and establishment of measures

Kanagawa

SALARY

Annual Income 4,000,000yen – 7,900,000yen

WORKING HOURS

Flextime system without core hours
(Standard work hours: 8:30~17:15)

HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS

2 full days off per week (Saturday, Sunday), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, special holidays
126 days off per year
Vacation: The number of annual paid vacation days granted in the year of hire is 20 days per year, prorated according to the month of hire.

JLPT N2 or above
High priority from the top. Those who meet all the requirements
