The advantage of applying directly to a job site is that you can find a variety of job openings, from well-known companies to small and medium-sized enterprises, giving you more options for companies to apply to.

The disadvantage is that you have to do everything yourself, from preparing the application documents to communicating with the applicants and scheduling interviews.
