Senior Backend Engineer

JOB DETAILS

・Leading all processes in back-end system development, from requirements definition to design, implementation, testing, and deployment
・Improvement of stability and performance through maintenance and modification of existing systems
・Leading database design and optimization, performance tuning, and security measures
・Technical decision-making on development policy and technical lead of projects
・Technical guidance and code review for junior members
・Cross-sectional response to front-end and infrastructure areas as needed

Tokyo, Kanagawa

SALARY

Annual Salary: ¥6,000,000 – ¥10,000,000
Monthly Salary: ¥456,000 – ¥833,000

9：00〜18：00

APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS

JLPT N1 or above

[Requirements]
○ 5+ years of experience in web application development and design
○ Development experience using one of the following programming languages or frameworks:
・Java (Spring Boot)
・Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask)
・Node.js
・PHP (Laravel)
○ Technical leadership experience in team development (e.g., formulating design and implementation policies, leading code reviews)
