Developer / Project Manager

JOB DETAILS

Development of a video distribution web platform system and leading and managing projects.
Specifically, you will lead the development team by defining the project’s goals and scope, planning the progress policy, schedule, and resource allocation, clarifying the roles and responsibilities of each member, and managing task assignments and progress.

SALARY

National annual salary: 4.5 million to 8.3 million yen
Monthly salary: 250,000 to 460,000 yen

WORKING HOURS

9:00～18:00

HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS

Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays *Saturday work twice a year), New Year’s holidays, paid vacation (recommended summer vacation days), special leave, special vacation, childcare leave, nursing care leave, leave upon joining the company (maximum of 3 days), disaster leave (5 times a year, maximum of 5 days)
*122 days of vacation per year

APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS

JLPT N2 or above

Required
・Experience in software development using React (Next.js) (preferably 5 years or more)
・Experience in software development from the basic design stage (preferably 5 years or more)
・Experience in program development in a team
・Experience leading a project
