System Development PMO

JOB DETAILS

The PMO will be a member of the project management team, and will work closely with the PM/PL to promote the project.
In order to hone your on-site sense, you will be assigned full-time on-site PMO duties. As the on-site leader, your duties will also include giving instructions to workers (contractors, etc.) and conducting reviews.
After about a year of employment, you will be asked to work on business measures outside of the PMO project, such as “Digital PMO” measures to integrate the PMBOK with generative AI.

SALARY

Kanagawa Annual salary 5,700,000 yen – 9,100,000 yen

WORKING HOURS

Flextime system without core hours
(Standard work hours: 8:30~17:15)

HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS

Two days off per week (Saturday, Sunday), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, special holidays
126 days off per year
Vacation: Annual paid vacation entitlement for the year of hire is 20 days per year, prorated according to the month of hire.
In addition to annual paid vacation, family friendly leave, refreshment leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, etc.

APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS

JLPT N2 or above
Candidates who meet at least two of the following requirements:
・Experience working in a leader or higher role in a system development project or in a PJ management role (any industry, 3+ years total)
・Experience in making proposals and negotiations with customers.
Experience in creating PJ report materials and process improvement proposal materials for clients and PMs (must be able to structure and fill in contents at the table of contents level)
・Experience in delivery/quality control of subcontracted vendors.
