JOB DETAILS
You will be in charge of customer support for bilingual projects.
Project example:
- Bilingual help desk work at a major foreign-affiliated pharmaceutical company in Tokyo
- Mainly support for client PCs, mobile phones and peripheral devices
- User support will be mainly in Japanese, and you will communicate with overseas engineers in English.
WORK LOCATION
Tokyo, Osaka, Aichi
SALARY
275,000 yen to 650,000 yen
Annual income: 3.5 million yen to 8 million yen
WORKING HOURS
9:00-18:00
Shift work available depending on project (night shifts included)
