JLPT N2やN1を持っていなくても、面接でよく使われるビジネス日本語と、その正しい使い方を詳しく説明します。
たとえビジネスレベルで日本語を話せなくても、これからお伝えする表現を面接で使えば、ビジネスレベルに近い日本語で話すことができます。
1、入社する：To join a company
グローバルな会社で働きたたかったので前職に入社しました
I joined this company because I wanted to work for a global company.
２、退職する：Quitting your job
スキルアップをしたかったのでこの会社を退職しました
I left this company because I wanted to improve my skills.
３、転職：Quitting your current company and joining a new one
上流工程からプロジェクトに参画したかったので今の会社に転職しました
I changed jobs to my current company because I wanted to be involved in projects from the upstream process.
４、前職：The company you used to work for
前職ではプロジェクトマネージャーのお仕事をしていました
In my previous job, I worked as a project manager.
５、現職：The company you currently work for
現職ではソフトウェア開発の仕事をしています
In my current position, I work in software development.
６、御社：Your company
It is used to refer to [御社] when speaking face-to-face with a client or interviewer.
御社を志望した理由は若手でもチャンスを与えてくれる会社だからです
The reason I wanted to work for your company is because you give opportunities to young people.
７、貴社：Your company
It is used to refer to [your company in writing, such as in an email or resume.

日常会話で使われる言葉は、就職やキャリアチェンジで使われる言葉とは大きく異なります。
多くのビジネス日本語の単語は面接で使われます。それらの意味や使い方を学び、正しく使うことで、日本語力はよりビジネスレベルに近づきます。
しかし、ビジネス日本語を無理に使おうとすると、かえって不自然になってしまいます。
準備と練習は、面接で自分をうまくアピールし、内定を得るために非常に重要です。
準備のために、事前にどのような質問が予想されるかを知っておきましょう。
日本企業の面接でよく聞かれる質問リストは、インターネットで見つけることができます。
また、事前に自分なりの答えを用意しておくことも大切です。
できるだけ多く面接の練習をしましょう。目安は10回以上です。
繰り返し練習することで、質問に対する答えをスムーズに言えるようになります。
たとえスキルや経験があっても、それをうまく伝えられなければ評価されず、不採用になる可能性があります。
面接の練習をたくさん行い、これまでの経験やスキルをしっかりアピールしましょう。
